We've got a bunch going on here, I cant schedule anything without the tuner and engineer being ready for it.

Really disappointed in diablosport, I have been hanging back waiting for a while now, I know I am only one of 1500 but it just kinda seems like all of us are getting the run around. I have been checking in on this forum waiting for good news but here we are coming up on 2 and a half full months from sema show and the one guy in the area of your facility, from what I understand, is trying to get his car in there to volunteer his time to help ALL of us out is getting virtually blown off. Not cool guys, im in the industry and really hope that something can get done soon. I know this whole mopar tuning is a pain in the butt; it really sucks to be left out so speak as a loyal customer...

Guys, unfortunately, in the world of DCX PCM files, your cars simply do not exist.

Even once I get a vehicle in here, it will take quite a bit of time to cobble together what we need without the factory update files which are not yet available.

2013 files are not yet available, thus we do not yet support 2013. Same deal with the Mopar 11 models, but we are aware and have every intention of adding them one way or the other.

Thanks

Thanks for the update. I am surprised that Chrysler would use different codes for the mopar 11's. Not much is different about our cars other than the rear axle ratio. I know my car says to use Premium fuel only, 89 is OK but not recommended. I'm not sure about what the regular R/T Chargers run on.. If our cars are unique with this fuel requirement, maybe our cars already have an optimal tune in there. Maybe on a stock motor it really can't be improved much by reprogramming. My problem is that from day 1 I planned to Supercharge my Mopar 11. Thats the only reason I bought it instead of waiting for the SRT to come out. I am seriously disappointed in Chrysler for making Hot Rodding virtually impossible for anyone with a Mopar 11. We are all enthusiasts who buy these cars. We want to personalize and optimize our Musclecars. I really don't care about voiding a warranty, I'll fix it if I break it. Just let me tune it Chrysler. I have decided to sell my car this spring. I don't even drive it. No fun.. Guess I'll just play with my 66 Nova with the 6-71 blown 383 in it... Or go pick up a ZL1 and have fun... Like it's supposed to be..

I've been creeping in the forums and emailing Diablo from time to time. I'm always on the phone with speedlogix or shophemi for something or other.. I always ask them, any word when M-11's will be supported.? No one knows. How frustrating is this?? I was jacked for the announcment at SEMA I made a big deal about it everywhere I went but what a huge let down!! Don't get me wrong I'm happy as hell for my fellow Mopar guys that are able to tune there rides now but WTH!! It's going to be Summer time in Montana soon and I'm gonna be the only stock UN-TUNED ride around, again. Just like last summer. It's good thing these M-11's Stand good on there own with that 3.92 gear ratio. Now that I'm done whinnig around any ETA yet..? lie to me if you have to. Me every day ---> :crashing:

How about giving Jdiddy83 a time when all the arrangements can be made to take advantage of his willingness to bring his car in? He keeps offering, but it seems he's either being ignored or blown off. You say it's going to take some work, most worthwhile pursuits do.

I went to SEMA and specifically asked about support for my car. I was told there would probably be a remedy before I could even get my hardware. That was over 2 months ago. I understand you're busy, but shouldn't some of your resources be directed to all of us who have already purchased your products? You seem to have worked out most of the bugs for the other 2011's and 2012's. Please concentrate on finishing the deal.

Why dedicate a bunch of resources to release an updated Intune when the Trinity isn't working for everyone? Obviously, $$ is important, but what about integrity, reputation, and customer loyalty?

I purchased a T-1000 back in November. Would like to know, will you still honor your return policy, for it's after 30 days.... Yet no updates!

At SEMA we asked about my MOPAR 11 and if it was going to be supported. I was told it would be. I spent the $600 and have been waiting. This is my 5th Diablo product and i'd like to know if you can ask your vendors to accept returns without restocking fees. I hope to do business with Diablo in the future, but i cannot sit on this anymore. http://www.diablosport.com/forum/postin ... 7&p=235539# :crashing:

Mike, has there been any progress for the Mopar 11 guys? I'd love to be able to purchase and use one of your products. Bringing mine in wont speed up the process at all?
