Freezing while monitoring

I was able to do the 1r11 update and the 1r11ad update. I tried to re-marry the tool but no Diablo tunes were available. I selected "modify stock tune" to marry the tool. Once the OBF was written I uploaded my last custom tune into the tool and then into the Jeep. All that seemed to work OK. I can now log parameters again.

changed the gauges to f from c.
try to save and change name but it just keeps popping up after I touch one letter and tells me up to 16 characters.
and that 07-up truck is a default page and change the name.
won't take anything I try to input.
do I need to do a complete new layout?

hit the back arrow to remove some of the letters in the existing name...

Got a 2012 392 challenger and won't save the stock tune while trying to add the 93 tune,
This was after the adding the fix for the freezing problem, saying original back up not saved (-30) need some help...thanks
