What is your calid? Plug the predator and go to options -> troubleshooting -> show calid.

well to most of the world the BBB means nothing, hell my pool was put in by a company who has no complaints, turns out his wife works for the BBB, pool sucked. As far as the people who reported you guys, I am amazed at how all the problems with the 5.7 and 6.1 have been worked out without threats of legal action or reports to the BBB, if you really wanted to go fast why did you not just buy a V-8 rather than try to make your 6 into something it will never be.

My unit is requesting calid:05094921AI and when i go to download it gives me the server excuse...any ideas. yes i did take down the fiirewall.

I updated my Predator to 9r25 and now when I plug it to my PC I got an error message " Unable to get calibration id PCM, please make sure the key is on. Do not start the engine".................

9r26 is the fix for that...

lol I actually downloaded 9r26 and when I update the predator it shows 9r25....

anyway right now when I connect the predator to my pc, DS downloader finds it but it doesn't connect and I keep getting error message on my predator. DSD is still loading so I can't do anythin with it =\

Last time when I connected it to my PC, I got an error message on Predator screen saying:
"Unable to get calibration id PCM, please make sure the key is on. Do not start the engine"

I restarted my pc and connect my Predator this morning, everything was fine and I updated it to 9r27.
