Update question

I have not updated my predator since i got it in march 08, currently using 8r20. I want to update, but do i need to do all the seperate updates, or can i just update with the newest 9r06 or 9r08 (too many numbers)? Will that include all the changes, especially the shift point options?

Also will it need new calid? I had to update my car (06 daytona) when i installed originally in March.
