Can't intall a tune after Ford visit

Just got back from the Ford dealership to have the turbo cleaned and transmissoin fluid changed. Of course I installed the origainal backup tune installed but now I get an error saying it can't install the modified tune???

This is a U7160 7r45 was the latest revision that we made available for this unit because it needs a hardware upgrade.
