Predator visible on diagnositc test?

I have a 6.0L 2005 Ford Excursion and there is still one year left on the warranty is a Predator tuner, part # u7165, going to show up on the Dealers Diagnostic Test if the original backup is put back into the vehicles computer?

They will not see anything...

The only thing they will possibly bark about is that the 0605 code is there after programming this code will come up if you replaced the batteries or disconnected them for while so IF they say anything tell them the batteries died.
