I've had the Predator for a couple years now for my '02 Mustang GT and uploaded a tune to the EEC. It completed and verified that the tune was loaded, but the car won't start...just cranks and cranks. When trying to re-upload the tune to the EEC I get a "unable to read vehicle ID" error after it prompts me to turn key on/engine off and hitting OK.
When the key is turned to this position all the dash warning lights are lit and the security light flashes and the digital odometer reads all dashes and the engine cooling fan comes on...basically like it does when flashing the EEC
How do I force the EEC to take a flash?
Just uploaded tune now car won't start!!

My wife called on Friday (I was at work, and its her car...lol) and was able to get the stock backup tune loaded into the ECU with the password given to her by tech support and the car started.
Now today she tried to load the custom tune into it again and the same problem occured....the car is not starting. Could the custom tune be bad?
The one we're trying to load into it is basically a stock tune but with changes for the 4.10 axle gears (its an auto) and rear O2's turned off. One of us will be calling sometime next week to try and get the original backup tune loaded back into the car
