U7140 question

i just purchased the diablo sport predator for my 2005 mustang gt along with an cnl intake and the moto blue pulley kit from rpm outlet as a kit, i also have flowmaster exhaust.
do i need a custom tune for this?
also i own a 2005 mustang v6
can i use the 7140 on both of my cars?

one more question.
when i ordered the kit from rpm outlet, the kit had a part number of d/su7140 for the diablo sport predator, the diablo they sent me is u7140
is the u7140 the correct unit or did they send me the wrong one?
does the u7140 cover the C&L street CAI and moto blue pulley set?
sorry if i seem redundant, just want to make sure they sent me the correct unit before installing everything.

The U7140 has C&L specific tunes in it already. Make sure it is updated to the latest revision (8r36) first.
Then, from the options menu, select OEM select.
Choose C&L tunes.
Once you do this, the tunes in the tool will be set up for use with C&L CAI's.
Now install the appropriate C&L tune from the Predator.

The U7140 can only be used to tune one vehicle at a time. You can restore the backup to the GT then tune the V6, and vice-versa.
