I have a question about Diablo in i2 tune

I have a Diablo in tune i2 I put a tune on it and now the tuner is frozen up won’t go past the logo screen is there any way restore to factory tune with out the tuner like pulling battery cables and touching them together to reset it otherwise they said I need to buy a newer tuner there is nothing they can do

if its stuck on the boot screen, its a flash issue, no simple fix unfortunately.
