U7170 tuning problem

2001 F 350 took it to the dealership and forgot retore original backup.
Tow Tune was installed it came back and now the predator doesnt work, and the last written tune is written tow tune

Is their any way I can reset the predator and use it again

Need to get the work order from the dealer and fax it to 561-908-0048 then call with the tool powered up and let us know you faxed the paperwork over.
