still having trouble

I've downloaded all the new updates for the U7164, and i', still having troubles. I can't load any program but the 160hp, i can't change any parameters and my cruise control won't work when i do try to program the truck. Any idea's what's going on????

What happens when you try to load any of the other tunes?
Can you please post up the error message you see?

Same for the message you see when you try to change the parameters.

I pick the tune i want, it prepares and writes unit one. Then it says "Warning: unable to write one unit" then it take me back to the install tune menu
I pick engine parameters it says"parameters not available for this vehicle/trans combo(2)"
When i pick trans it says"failed to prepare file" then it wants me to reboot the programmer.

Here is my calibration I.D., if it helps Unit 1:8U7A-14C204-CD
Unit 2:7U7A-14C337-AB

This is saying that the Predator has written the PCM and has failed to write the TCM. The power and fuel economy is still there but the transmission was unable to be tuned. This is an issue that we are aware of and the fix is currently in the works.

Also, could you please give me the revision number of the new update that you've done. It will be located at the top of the main screen.

Did 9t04b write the TCM files properly, and let you install any tunes?

Only on the 160hp, but it seemed to run kinda rough. My fuel economy was really bad, only about 340km on a full tank of fuel, the cruise control didn't work, and i still could not change parameters at all. That was the first file i tried.

Do you recall if it did write the TCM files on b, or are you saying it only wrote the TCM on the 160 tune with the 9t04b revision?

It wrote both, on b. i just tried 160hp on v.9r04 and it ran the same as b. cruise still did work, and no parameters

No it didn't work , sorry bad at typing. Would it have something to do with how i downloaded the programmer?? When i got the USB hook up for the computer it came with a driver disk, but the disk was cracked and did work. There is a Diablosport dealer in my home town( Lloydminster SK. Canada), should i try taking it there to try to update my programmer???

No, dont bother yet, we'll have a new revision out in a couple days to fix the current issues.

The issue is not with how you loaded the tune, it was on our end.
