U7164 Update!

Try to update tuner for customer, only file for U7164 is 9r04_export.crom. When try to load get following message on Predator, "cannot load CRYFG109 aplication into U7164 tool."

Messages when programming are Unit #1(8U7A-14c204-FA)
Unit #2 (8C3A-14C337-CA)

What can we do?

Are you using "Send Tune" instead of "Send CROM"? See the DS Downloader Help file under "Updating the Software CROM".

No, using send crom. Done this several times before but never has "export" been in file name.

What version of DS Downloader are you using? You should be using 1.9.9.6.

Also, try using the "To re-configure communications for a specific tool, click HERE" link on the first tab before you connect the Predator to your PC.
