7170 Upgrade?

Are we suppose to get any kind of comfirmation from the rma dept when our upgrade is done.Or will it just simply show up at my house when complete?

You should just receive the tool back once completed.

Gosh, that doesn't sound encouraging at all.

Common guys, how about a little positive feedback. We're loyal owners and have chosen to stick with you guys by updating our Predators instead of going to another company! (there are a LOT of competitors out there)

I don't know, just seems like we're being treated as though we're not a valued customer.

That is not true at all... We value you guys as customers!! Every one of you, whether the ones that gripe just to do it or the ones that have a valid reason.... What's your RMA#?

Brian,

We're all anxious to get our predators back. Just seemed to be a RMA 'black hole'. Didn't want to be a 'complainer'!

Naturally, I don't have my RMA# at work, will post up this evening when I get home.
