Throwing code P0603 when installed

I have a 2003 Excursion 6.0 (S&B intake, MBRP turbo back.....) The problem I am having is this: I took the truck to the dealer to flash the computer; when I tried to reinstall the Predator it would not install reading "vehicle not in database", no problem I updated the programmer to v.9r05. Now when the 100 hp tune is installed the truck throws P0603 powertrain control module Keep Alive Memory (KAM) error. Also when accelerating it will cut out and the pick right back up. And lastly the truck cuts off when I let off while going slow, but will start right back up (has not caused a big problem when out and about). Cal ID: VXAP2A2 U7165 pcm_6_0 v.9r05
Never had any trouble out of previous tunes prior to updating Predator

The prior tune is: v.8r14 which was the tune installed on the predator when purchased

When I posted yesterday, I missed a problem. The truck also throws code: P2290 Injector control pressure too low. If I remember correctly this code was also thrown before update. It doesn't seem to cause any problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A little scatter brained today. The only other problem I am having is the tow/haul button blows out all guages on dash when pushed. I can't see how this would apply to the tuner but I thought I would throw it out there and see what came back.

Yeah that's definitely a wiring issue... Never heard that one before... check your grounds.

Installed; Initially threw P0603, which I cleared. Had a little surge when getting up to speed easy. Seems to have cleared after drive. Will drive for a few days and repost.

Yeah I saw where it might have surge I though but you hadn't mentioned it so I wasn't going to touch it...
