Can the U7191 be used on my new 07 GP GXP? I did alittle searching and am I correct by saying that this device can program the PCM so the motor stays a v8 instead of it switching between v8 and v4? Also, don't laugh but is there a tune so the car can only run as a 4 banger? You know for those days you don't need all the extra power...just a thought

no, there is no tool available yet that supports the 07's....
yes, for the 06's there is a tune that disables the DOD so that it's always running in V8 mode...
but no, there is no tune to make it run strictly as a 4 cylinder
