7135 with 9r08 on a 2006 300c. I know I can turn off the MDS to get rid of the feeling of the trans shifting up and down all the time with a tune installed. I understand that if I turn off the MDS I will get a EGR code even though nothing has changed with the EGR. I dont like haveing a check engine light on all the time. Having the light on all the time means that if I have another problem I may not know because the check engine light is already on. Does Diablo plan on fixing this or can they. It would be very nice to be able to let my wife drive the car without having to hear about what she thinks is a problem because the check engine light is on.

This is not true.
The predators code just marks the EGR as changed when you adjust MDS, it has to do with the predator handling bit's.
But i can assure you with 100% certainty that you will not disable EGR unless you actually go and do it with the predator and setting mds off will not turn egr off.

I'll confirm that. My 2006 Charger RT has MDS off. Not only does it eliminate the drone with my aftermarket exhaust there are no codes present. The car runs so much smoother this way also. I still get 18 mpg as I did before. Love the car this way. Power is always there with no pause/hesitation. Feels like a "real" V8 all the time now. Love my Predator.

As low as gas prices are getting I was thinking about turning MDS off myself.

So if I turn off the MDS with the predator I will not get a code (check engine light) is that correct

Does turning off MDS increase the overall combustion temps, and possibly reduce performance?

With MDS on there are 4 sparks not firing which would seem to have a cooling effect.
