Just hooked up predator i bought from friend with same vehicle. Says not supported may need reflashing. Please advise. CalId ARZ2AL00 VXBC9F2.HEX TQBF0N8.HEX

WHat does the sticker onthe back of the Predator say?
What revision is shown on the top line of the main menu?

This is a super old tool that is no longer supported.
We do offer a hardware upgrade ($99+shipping) to allow you to turn this tool into a U7165, which is the new part number for this application.
To do this, fill out an rma request under support and send it in.
