u7146 1998 gt mustang i was rideing down the road and my car stumbled twice and died now it want crank and i plugged the predator in and it said could not recongnize vehicle .

If this happened while simply driving down the road, you need to get this car in to a mechanic to be checked out.

well for what reason would the tuner not recognize my vehicle , and i am a mechanic , c&l ,under drive pulleys 125 zex dry shot

i have power its just the car want start and i cant hear my fuel pump, would this cause the tuner not to recongnize my vehicle

If the Predator was not writing a tune to the car when this happened then there is no way it messed up the PCM. It wasn't even connected by the sound of it. You need to look over the car and do a full diagnosis. Spark, Fuel, etc... the normal no start diagnostic procedure. Maybe just a blown fuse and the PCM lost power.

i know this ,after the cat quit i plugged in my tuner to see if there where any codes and when i plug it in it says can not read vehicle info . i was trying to see if there were any trouble codes so i could try to fix it . the tuner will not tell me nothing cuz it says it can not read vehicle info

Sounds like your PCM just died.

the tuner will not do anything , and like i said all i was doing was rideing down the rd and the car died like it ran outa gas , so i pulled it home and hooked my tuner up to see any trouble codes and it says cannot read vehicle info ,
