2023 Ram 1500 classic Warlock unlocked PCM and i3 Tuner question

Hello everyone, I have two questions about the I3 handheld and the PCM for my friends 2023 Ram 1500 Classic Warlock and thought maybe I'd post here and see if anyone can offer me details or insight on how we should proceed.

1st question is, what handheld should we use? Some websites that offer these devices list a i3 8321-AD as being compatible while others list a 8345? It's caused some confusion on which part to order.

2nd question is a little ore complicated. We're having trouble sourcing a unlocked PCM for his vehicle, however upon cross referencing the part numbers with Mopar parts online we found out it's actually listed as a 2021 year PCM. We were wondering if we could simply purchase a unlocked 2021 year PCM and it would work in his 2023 or if there is some programming differences between model years that would make that impossible? Any help would be greatly appreciated and help us make a choice of just purchasing a OEM PCM and sending that one in for unlocking or just ordering a 2021 from one of the available vendors. Thanks!

Edit: Neglected to mention he can't have his shipped out and have his truck down for 2 weeks, which is why we're looking to purchase another PCM

Our PCM swaps that Lew linked include the exchange, we send you an unlocked pcm then you send us the core, no downtime

Do he got the package in the mail yesterday, sent me a few photos. No unlocked PCM, just the tuner, no return label either. What?

Once the customer has the swap device, they submit the form on our website to have a pcm sent to them.

We need the device serial before we can send pcms out. The pcm will ship with the return label to send the core back to us.
