AUTO STICK MODES 2005 magnum r/t

I was driving the other day in Auto stick and noticed it was downshifting on me without my input. I can't remember it doing this previously except coming to a stop. I think I have updated software since then and have a new CMR tune installed...sorry don't have software revision handy since I'm at work. Is there a mode where it will down only shift when you tell it? I noticed there were two modes, and I think I opted for mode 2 but don't see the differences explained anywhere in the manual. What is mode 1?

Mode 1 and 2 where setup as some cars needed it set to mode 1 for it not to downshift and some needed mode 2, try either mode and see which one works, the vehicle should not downshift when in autostick when it is working properly.
