InTune unexpected error

Hi, I have a Dodge Neon SRT4 that I'm trying to upload a new tune on it ( it's the third tune I put on the car and never had an issue ). The tune is already on the diablo, when trying to ether tune/adjust parameters it keeps giving an " unexpected error " message. It makes a log ( that I can't find ) and after that nothing happens the screen stay's black. I'll put photos of the screen I see. I do have the missing DCX tune so I don't know how to fix that
