Fan settings

I have an 2013 Dodge Challenger rt I also have an 180 thermostat with an Diablo tuner t2 i can't seem to get my settings right my temps still read 210 with an 180 thermostat I need to know what to put my temps at

lower them all by 20* from where they start.
