Back up tune FROM my vehicle to Intuner i3

Hello everyone
I have a 2011 Charger R/T that has been heavily modified by a shop. It's running great!
I have a Diablo intune i3 tuner that came with the Procharger. I have never used it myself. I recently updated it and noticed that the last tune is dated from 2017 so that tune is no longer good as the car has been modified several times since that date. I guess the tuner wasn't updated because I neglected to take it with me to the shop when the new tunes were done.

What I would like to know if possible is how to make a back up of the tune that's in the vehicle now and then download it to my PC so that I have it backed up on my PC for safe keeping.
Since 2017, the engine, transmission and differential all have had changes made to them so the old tuner on the Diablo is outdated. The work was done by two different shops

I'm not a mechanic or a technician so I don't know a lot about it. I just drive!
Any help and guidance would be greatly appreciated.

the dates are irrelevant, the backup is whatever stock file it read from your vehicle when it was plugged in.

Has it been returned since by other means?

Yes, it has been tuned 2 or 3 times since. But I don't know what they tuned it with and it was tuned by 2 different shops

I might not try restoring that backup if its been tuned by unknown means since then....
