Just bought the Diablo sport tuner 2 platinum ex model went to tunes page and it says wrong sku for vehicle. How do I go about fixing this after paying as much as I did for this tuner it should’ve work after an update. Also my unit isn’t shutting off after I shut the car down and get out. Will it shut off automatically or do I need to change a setting?

what sku did you order, and what sku is displayed on the box?
