DiabloSport Trinity Screen Goes black

I bought this trinity tuner quite a few years ago (5+) and it worked great for years. I was using it daily until it recently just started going black after the loading logo. Does anyone know if this a problem with the cord or the device itself? I attached a video to show what its doing. Thanks

not sure there. can you connect it to a pc and try updating it with the update agent software?
