HELP!!! Truck won't start!!!

Alright I just recieved my Predator in the mail and tried to load it on the truck... did all of the steps the manual said. I got the origional backup loaded just fine.... then went back to put on the tow setting and 20% through the download it stopped and said it couldnt be loaded. Then i unplugged it as it said and then plugged it back in and the programmer says the previous download was interrupted and the origional will be loaded. i tried to load the origional and it goes to anywherer between 6 and 12% and locks up and says the same thing that the software cant be loaded and to unplug the downloader. Now my truck wont start!! and i have to have it for work tomorrow. At this pace im ready to put this thing under the rear tires and run it over if this thing will ever start. And for the record the truck is an 03 LB7 with the U7180 and its the newest version

I just posted the same thing. It happened to my truck as well and now I have to ride my scooter to work in 30 degree weather. If you find out how to fix it before I do, make sure you let me know. I am beyond p.oed right now.

Was this the update to the new 9rxx revisions from 1.xx or 2.xx?
Best bet at this point is to call our tech guys.

Finally figured it out, after several hours of beating my head off the wall. For some reason I tried turning the key to accessory when it says turn the ignition on and it finally finshed the origional back up. Using the same method I finally got the other tunes working as well. Wow that was one stressful day... but atleast my truck is back up and running!
