2008 Challenger srt8 Diablosport Issues

Post by Btay7291 »

Hey all,

Recently picked up the Diablosport I3 and installed the 91 tune on my Challenger. Only mods are k&n air intake. Backed up my stock tune and installed the 91 no issues.

Start it up to test drive and the car has no power. It won't go past 3k rpm even with the pedal to the floor. Reverted back to backup of my stock tune and same story. I've tried the 91 CAI as well as the 93 tune and all do the same. Is this a known problem? Car is currently stuck in this state now after flashing and I'm at a loss as to why or how to fix.

Issue solved. Diablo tech support came through and helped me fix the problem. To anyone else experiencing similar issues, here's the fix that worked for me.

Unconnected the negative battery terminal, turned the headlight switch on in the car and held the brake pedal for 3 minutes. Reconnect the battery cable and started right up. No issues or dash lights and car ran best it ever has. Thanks again to the great customer service from Diablo. Not sure exactly what this procedure resets but it worked for me.
