I3 won’t turn MDs off on my 2007 Dodge Charger Hemi

I have a 2007 Dodge charger 5.7 hemi. I recently set my car back to stock since I wanted to refresh a few things. I originally ran the CAI intake tune with parameter modifications (namely the MDs delete)
I went to put the CAI tune back on and now it won’t let me turn the MDS off.
Anyone solutions or help?
I live in Alberta Canada so it’s not like we have emission laws or anything that would stop this.

the asterisk means the parameter has been changed.
what happens when you try to select it now?

I select to turn it off and when I go back to look at it it’s back to on. I can’t get it to stay off

the param menu defaults to on.
set it to OFF, save the change and install it, and its off.
