Multi vehicle use vin locked

Post by atltopdog »

I have a married sport i3 that I purchased vin locked that was supposed to had been an unmarried device. It was originally for a Ford mustang vehicle. If i purchase the license for a dodge ram, will it still work on my vehicle or will I need to pay for a vin unlock and then pay for the dodge tune files? Thanks in advance

You'd have to buy a new license for $165... and then depending on the year of your vehicle, you may also have to buy an unlocked ECM...
