Trouble connecting i3 tuner to Windows 11 PC via USB

Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with my DiabloSport i3 tuner not being recognized by my Windows 11 laptop. I’ve installed the Update Agent software, tried multiple USB ports, and even disabled antivirus temporarily, but the device still doesn’t show up. The cable seems fine since it works with other devices.

Has anyone else experienced this with Windows 11? Is there a specific driver or compatibility fix I might be missing?

we're all on win11 here, no issues.
not sure, but try a different cable?
