Plug it in to power, tried to connect to my WiFi for a possible update. This thing doesn't go past my first password letter then stops. It seems slow and clunky. Is that the norm? I'm afraid to just go and plug it into my truck. If it gets stuck on trying to sync with my WiFi or my phone's hotspot I'm not sure it's safe... And yes, I have great signal for either connection mentioned..

are you able to update it on a pc using the Update Agent software?
