My car will not start after Trinity T1000 install

Hello,
I have a 2016 Challenger Shaker Plus 5.7L. I installed a new PCM last night, and the car worked fine afterward. This morning, I updated my new Trinity T1000 tuner to the latest software and attempted to install it in my car while the air conditioner was on. The tuner instructed me to turn off the car, and then it seemed to power down.

I waited about 10 minutes, but nothing happened. When I pressed the brake and tried to start the car, nothing happened; several error messages appeared on the dash, and the car wouldn’t even turn over. I connected the tuner back to my PC, and a message said, "Update did not finish. Calibration update via DSDL was completed successfully. Press the center key to update vehicle calibration."

I pressed OK, and now the tuner has been stuck on "Please wait" for the last half hour. I suspect whatever it needed to do should have completed by now. Meanwhile, my only means of transportation is not working. Please help! Thank you.

so it must have been in the process of loading an update to the pcm when you turned the key off. The device should not power down when you shut the key off. Something is up here, give us a call and we'll see what we can do here.
