Where can I get the manual for U7134 SRT-4?

Hi folks,
It appears that the link you have for the U7134 manual is dead (file not found). The only other link that I can find appears to be for the U7135 but this is for HEMI powered engines. Is it just the same?

How about a Menu Spreadsheet, like the LX sticky, would be nice, specifically a live Data Map.

Well the instructions that came with the U7134 are skimpy even by comparison to the U7135 Hemi. At least the U7135 goes into custom tuning and some information on logging.
I would really like to understand the logging options and what PIDs record what kind of information. I've started to play with it already and it's really cool but it's been all trial and error so far.
Specifically I would like to monitor Air/Fuel, Knock retard, exhaust gas temperature and maybe ignition advance. I think I found the PID for exhaust gas, but the PIDs I've tried for Air/Fuel and knock retard count don't seem to work (values don't change). This could because I'm choosing the wrong PID (assuming the value it measures is based on the name; roughly) or the ECU just doesn't provide that value.
Anyway, having a manual or "cheat sheet" would help me in selecting the right PID during logging. A good manual will facilitate the proper use this tool and maximize it's usefulness.

What you need to monitor is KNK ST (knock), SPK CYL 1, PRATIO, EXH TMP, Target AF.

Hi Brian,
Thank you for the information. I monitored these values as you suggested. I have a couple of questions.
1) Target AF - Mine stays at .07 which I assume translates to FA=1/.07=14.28 or so. This value is static during my logging. I assume because it's the "desired" AF ratio and not the actual or dynamic reading. Is this correct?
2) What does PRATIO measure?

PSI/Baro = Pratio
Yeah if you're just sitting there that should be ok.

Hi Brian,
If you are referring to the Target A/F ratio, than no, the value does not change from .07 while I'm driving around. It doesn't matter whether I'm standing still at idle or under boost at highway speeds, it reads .07. The other values change, exhaust temp, PRATIO, Spark advance, etc.
If the Target A/F radio "should" be changing then I diffently would like to look into this more.

It should always be at 14.7:1 under cruise, closed loop situations.

But during open loop operations (WOT, or heavy acceleration) the value for AF ratio "should" change, right? In my case, it is not. I'll reconfirm this, but I'm pretty certain that is the case with my logging. Again, the AF ratio does not change period. Doesn't matter if I'm at idle, cruise, WOT, or heavy acceleration; the value always reads .07.

LandMizzle.... You need to go into wot to see it move, Open Loop, and is a target afr, In those situation you would prefer a wideband trust me ...

I have no idea and I'm curious. What is the Target AFR?
I'm thinking:
1) that's set to correspond to gas, for which stoich is ~14.7:1. So this is the value used to compare to the narrowband readings to bounce the injector pulse width up and down around that number. short term adaptives feeding the long term adaptives. etc.
Then in WOT the narrowbands are not looked at and additional fuel is added from the PE table + the long term adaptive + the base width.
2) This is the calculated value after adding base + whatever adaptives are being used in the mode + PE table if WOT.
I'm guessing 1)?? or is it something completely different.
