Wasted money on hptuners

So long story short...i want to delete my active exhaust.. i purchased credits because it seemed my i3 would not disable my active exhaust.. i just want to be able to use my remote start.... hptuners took my money and i tried to write the tune.... bam nothing... is there anything i can do to jus turn off the active exhaust?

easy. load the tune from our device to the car that you want then grab the last tune written from the i3 and post it here, I'll make it where its always closed.
