Help with Trinity on Caliber SRT

I recently bought a 2008 Caliber SRT-4 and already had a Trinity tuner from my Neon SRT-4. I loaded the Performance 91 tune and noticed a significant boost in power. However, I've also encountered a boost fluctuation issue in all gears. Whether at wide open throttle or partial throttle (even at a steady 7 PSI), it feels jerky at times. There doesn’t seem to be any pattern to when it happens.
I’ve also noticed that the Trinity display offers fewer metrics compared to my N-SRT. I've checked throttle voltage and knock while seeing a stable boost, but nothing stands out that could explain the issue. Is anyone else using a DS Trinity or Intune on a C-SRT? I'm looking for advice on where to begin troubleshooting. This issue has occurred with multiple tanks of gas, and switching to one step colder NGK iridium plugs gapped at .027 made no difference. The only way to eliminate the problem is to revert to the stock tune, where it completely disappears.
