Looking to learn

Im looking to learn more about turning i have the i3 with the 91 tune is their anything else i should do to better my performance. I have 5.7l chrysler 300 rwd with catback exhaust CAI and 90mm throttle body 180* thermostat

best advice is to do some logging and make sense of the data to see where its at.
