As the title indicates the port on my device has come loose and I cannot connect my device to a computer I am still able to use it on the OBD but I cannot put my logs into the computer for tuning use. Separately I'm also having an issue with using advanced pids, What happens is the device will search and communicate with the vehicle for the advanced pits and then it will say error timed out something like that and then it will temporarily show the advanced pids before the device restarts and nothing has been saved or works for the pid log and this is a endless cycle.
In fact I'm not even able to effectively log regular pids as anytime I try to create custom pid log it only allows me to do it one time before I have to reset in the settings the head settings and start all the way over each time and it's just not viable and very frustrating.

please call support to get it in for the usb repair, 561-908-0040
for the pid issue, do you by chance have a bunch of logs saved on the device?
If so, try deleting some and see if that helps.
If not, make sure the T2 is up to date.

I do not have access to original proof of purchase.as the device was a gift to me, I would still like to have the usb port on the device fixed. is this possible in my situation?
