Anyone having the craziest experience using the InTune i3 Tool?
Touchscreen not functioning as intended?
> Unusable due to inputs being inaccurate unwanted and sporadic; Tool makes inappropriate mod's to systems never intended accessing, prevents correction, not allow you to back up or return (Exit) to main menu.
I would love to know if this can be corrected or if this is just a poor quality Tool and I need to look elsewhere... Anyone know the answer best course of action?

I have been through the same issues with my Intune I3 Platinum. Was very frustrating. Screen locks, when it does advance it goes to an incorrect screen, cannot back out (other than abrupt removal and then plug it back in and try again). Chunk of money spent for these kind of issues. Emailed support, waiting for a response.

Been a week now, nothing. I’ll reach out to Advance Auto for a refund for a defective unit. Spend that refund elsewhere with a different tuner.

Apologies, it has been busy the past week or so, but if you can call, you will get through and we'll gladly swap the device out for you.

Thank you. Called today and spoke with Neal, great conversation. Explained how the I3 is acting and he promptly responded that a replacement will be shipped to me. Very glad I held on to the device and called instead of returning it. Fingers crossed the new unit behaves and functions as it should.
