not licensed for use

2006 dodge ram 3500 mega cab diesel auto trans
The programer will not load anything.
It keeps telling me it is not licensed for use with this vehicle.
Do I have the wrong part # or what do I need to do?

does this mean we have to call per vehicle specific? or is this something we can all fix without have to call you guys. i just bought this thing and it doesnt work? i will call as soon as you guys open up. thanks
