2009 Dodge ram 1500 5.7 4x4 connection issues please help

So I'm working on my 2009 Dodge ram 1500 5.7 hemi and I got the predator x to disable the MDS system, so no matter what tune I choose I go through this process and the last step it says updating or installing 8 of 8 files to the ECM it always loses connection at that point I start over it goes through recovery gets to recovery just fine and then again I choose a file to upload or the tune I mean and it always loses connection at the very last second it's almost like it stops halfway through because the light will turn off on the device and it will not finish I've tried at least 50 times every which Way step by step I don't know if I've got a bad device but I am pulling my hair out ready to throw this thing out the window

And yes I did the update process it said there was 97 files went through that and went just fine

I'm running the same engine in my Chrysler Aspen, same year too. Hopefully this fix will fix mine too.
