Not restoring stock file

I have an 2005 chrysler 300 5.7, I've been trying to restore my tune to factory because my dad bought the tuner from me for his 300. It keeps failing to restore and not change tire size is there a reason for that?

go to the quick adjust menu and try to restore all quick adjust first, then try restoring the stock tune.
