Can I control fuel with the Predator

The part number is 127501, revision 7r19d. 2000 Ford Excursion 7.3. I am installing a hydrogen system and need to be able to control the fuel. Can I get a custom tune that will allow me to adjust my fuel that is being injected so I can lean it out while I am driving?
