I have a 2000 7.3 PSD, its been tuned to the 85HP for a couple years and i want to tune to the 40HP tow and it will not take the tune...any ideas???
What is the best tune for towing a 4500lb trailer 600 miles,for power and mileage??

What exactly is the programmer doing ,that it will not "take the tune"?Are you able to power the programmer up ?

I towed about 8000 lbs with the 60 hp tune with no problem. Do you have an EGT guage?

What revision is this? when you power it up it will be in the top right...
