I had a Predator for my 04 Chevy SSR, as you know it let me change these options, RPM Shift Points, MPH Up and Downshifts, Shift Timing and Shift Pressure.

Will this be coming for the U7194? I just bought an 07 Vette and would like to be able to change these for it.

yes, these features will be added into the tools that do not have these abilities.
