2001 f350 wont start after loading any performance tune

I just got my U7170 programer and when I load any performance tune it activates a anti theft program and the truck wont start. I have to reinstall the factory settings. I called tech support and they tried to help by changing the anti theft option in the code but that didnt work either. I'm kind of waiting for a answer with a programer that wont work. It has the v.9r03 program in it. Any ideas?

No, when I was on the phone they told me it wouldn't help me it was aimed at the newer 6.4 trucks

OK, I loaded the v9R04 version. I downloaded the 85hp program in the truck and it wouldn't start. I changed it to the tow tune with the anti theft turned on and it didn't start then either. I put the factory tune back in and it starts. Another question, when I was first trying to get it to work I cleared the codes thinking that might help and when it didnt I cleared the KAM. Now it shows a code for that. Is that a problem or will it cause me problems? What is the KAM and what does it do?

KAM = Keep Alive Memory... It clears every time you program or disconnect the batteries for any given amount of time. Do you ahve an excursion or something?

I downloaded the file and loaded it on the tool and now the tool says "the application is missing or corrupt" and wont do anything.I push continue and it restarts it and it says the same thing. It wont start at all and I cant connect to it with the computer either to try and reload the program.
