T2 ex saying dodge ram has unsupported things

Basically clic tune and says I have unsupported devices and I should update and I just updated it with my purchase what I do wrong

it snot uncommon to need to update the pcm, which it only knows about once you connect to the vehicle.
Let it update again, and then load the update to the car, then it will let you tune.
