PredatorX DS-MFD Won't Update

Hello. I have a 2014 Dodge Challenger RT. I have purchased a Diablosport PredatorX MS-MFD. I'm running the app on my Android phone. Out of the box it detected the vehicle immediately but there were no tunes available for the car. It said If I wanted a 91 tune (which was the only option available) I had to purchase it for $125 (doesn't make sense considering I just dropped $300+ on this device).

I did notice that the device has 97 pending updates but I am unable to update the device no matter what I do. I tried it on Wi-Fi while connected to the car, and also on mobile data while connected to the car. I connected a USB-C to the device to my computer and tried to update it that way using both wifi and mobile data and both options don't work. While transferring the updates it keeps bothering me to turn ignition on and then to apply the update you have to restart the device and the app (which I do) but then it keeps telling me I have 97 updates pending. I also tried to do the updates while it was connected to the car and it keeps disconnecting the device from my phone (via bluetooth).

Is there some other way to update the device while connected directly to the computer? Or do I really have to drop another $125 to get the tune that I want?

Device Serial Number is 202848001 and firmware version is 1.7.10. Android App version is 1.2.9+313

I had the very same issue with my press for my 2012 Ram 1500 V8. Quite frustrating. Says the only thing to do is buy a tune. I did try this but something went wetting but it said I was charged. It’s the weekend so no luck getting through to anyone.

Today I was able to get it to recognize the 91 tune but it wouldn't upload. The device kept "losing power" and the LED would turn off and then it would fail to send the uploads. It kept getting stuck at 1 of 9. I tried several times. What am I doing wrong? Was I supposed to do the update?

Would like to add that my predator x is also having issues it’s not pulling up any tunes and it says there was an issue to the connection and to contact customer service I did and I’m waiting for a response there but maybe yall can help me here or maybe have like a server status maybe there’s a problem with the server currently

if the support team is aware, they should contact you with a fix as soon as its available.
