Tried to shut mds on 2008 ram 1500

Followed directions to turn off mds and 91 octane started to install which I already had installed finished and prompt came to unplug and enjoy tune i hit continue to see if the mds could be turned off but tuner went dead along with truck took battery cables off for 30 minutes and when I plugged the cables back in all lights and dash came on but when turned key to start it clicked and all out again hooked up jumper but no dash or interior lights truck is dead any help thanks
