Software issues

Got my PCM delievered a few days ago and since then, everytime ive attached the dongle and opened the app, I get a unable to connect to server message.

Connects to the adapter and reads the truck VIN, but stops with the fault pop up. Can't do anything. Ive not installed the new PCM yet because ive not saved the factory tune that needs done before you remove the stock one according to all the directions ive read.
Hesitant to teat swaping them if it has an error upfront.

Is it an update issue? Diablo server issue?

Good luck with help. I'm not impressed with the customer service. I've had mine for over a week now and still can't use it.

there was a server issue we dealt with over the weekend, its back up and running, please try again when you have a moment.
