Predator x not syncing

I recently purchased the predator x but I can’t get it to sync with my truck. I’ve updated it and followed all the prompts still no luck. It reads the vin but will not sync and it give me a error code saying can’t contact the server.

That's an issue with Diablo's server being down.. it can't connect to their server to get the files.. nothing you can do until they're back in the office and get their server rebooted...

You can shoot them an email to let them know at: [email protected] and/or [email protected]
